The Via Francigena is not approached here as a destination,
but as a continuous geographic axis.
From the Alps to Rome, and further south toward the ports of Apulia,
the work follows the logic of movement through space —
where landscapes, settlements, and fragments of everyday life
emerge progressively along the route.
This is not a guide,
but a sequence of observations shaped by distance and time.
First released as an e-book,
the project is now also available in print editions.
